	My Shipping is either done by a college student (Yoni) or my Dad (Ralph). This keeps prices low! We typically ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in order to avoid extra trips to the Post Office.
	We have shipped out as many as 40 orders in one day. There are Pimsleur in the Kitchen, Pimsleur in the bedroom, Pimsleur in the Dining Room.... Time to Ship How long will it take you to get your product? We keep minimal inventory, which also helps keep prices low! We try to keep a few Spanish I CD, French I CD, and Russian I CDs on hand. The shopping cart has recently been updated to show if we have a product in stock. If the product is in stock, we should be able to ship it the next Monday, Wednesday, or Friday following your order. Orders that come in before noon on M/W/F will probably go out the same day. If the product is not in stock, we order it from our various suppliers, and try our best to get your product to you in 5 to 14 days. See special note on shipping bundles below.
	US Shipping We are currently shipping most US Orders by Priority Mail which unfortunatley has no tracking numbers. We are considering switching to UPS or FedEx ground. We charge $9 shipping for all 3 pounds Pimsleur Level I, II, or III boxes (or any box 3 pounds or more) $9 for orders under 3 pounds, and a flat $2 for each product after the first one. FedEx overnight and 2-day are available for extra cost, but you have to email us to request it (the shopping cart doesn't handle this yet). Also, we need to make sure that we have the product in stock. If you put a P.O. Box instead of a street address, we cannot send FedEx Ground and revert to US Mail. 	Credit Card Charges and Notification of Shipment You credit card is authorized when you place you order. When we flag you order as shipped, that triggers collection of funds (i.e. your credit card is charged on that day) and we automatically ship you an email stating that your order has been shipped. Bundles Bundles are packages of Level I, II, and III Pimsleur. Sometimes, we will ship Level I right away, then order Level II and III via UPS and ship it to you in approximatley 10 days. The theory is that you will need 30 days anyway to complete Level I, and this saves on our shipping costs. Checks and Money Orders We accept payment by checks and money orders, but please make your order online first then print it out and send it with your check or money order. The address will be given when you complete the online order.
	International Shipping International Orders take a lot of extra paperwork (mainly customs forms). They often include a trip to the post office and a 30-minute wait in line. FedEx, UPS, and DHL cost way to much to ship internationally ($50-$60) per box, but we will ship FedEx if you pay for it. Our charges for US Air Mail (5-7 day days from time shipped) are: Canada = $14 Europe = $24 Pacific Rim and Australia = $30
	Return Policy We do not accept returns of opened packages because we can then no longer sell these products as new. We will accept returns of unopened packages for refund of product price less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of keeping an extra item in inventory that we would not other wise need. Click here for return address
	Replacement Policy If the essence of your package was destroyed during shipping, we will send you another one at no charge. Occassionally, a tape or CD or two might be bad or scratched. This is beyond my control, as we only sell new packages from the manufacturer. Simon and Schuster will replace damaged tapes and CDs at no charge. Please call the manufacturer, Simon and Schuster. Replacements 800-223-2336 Press 111 (it doesn't matter what numbers you hit, their stupid voicemail all goes to the same operators) Tell them you ordered from Amerisoft Inc. They should give you a free replacement. Recently, a few customer have reported that they wanted to charge for this, but tell them no, Amerisoft said that Simon and Schuster has to replace it at no charge. However, sometimes they send a CD that is "burned" on a CD instead of an original. There appears to be no way to get them to send an original. If you have lost a tape, or your dog ate it, etc... Simon and Schuster can replace a single tape for a small fee.
